Attitudes of Cooperation - Part 2 - Troubleshooting

If the Attitudes of Cooperation - Part 1 aren't enough for people to agree to cooperate...

 

really?!

 

...I know, sad, isn't it?! Fortunately, there's Part 2 - "Troubleshooting" to call on!
It's likely to facilitate cooperation and making agreements that work for both of you. 

If not, you'll have;
  • let people know what you're willing to do/not do
  • let them know what you'll do in the absence of cooperation
so they know where they stand, and
  • left the door open to them to make it as easy as possible for them to change their mind.
It beats being upset and/or angry!
