Cooperation Culture

Elements of the Cooperation Culture

To cooperate when it doesn’t come naturally, it helps to understand more about the Cooperation Culture. Specifically the;
  • Principles of Cooperation
  • Attitudes of Cooperation
  • Process of Cooperation
  • Behaviours of Cooperation
  • Language of Cooperation

Further to these are;
  • Barriers to Cooperation
  • Gateways to Cooperation
  • Respect & Acknowledge Differences
  • Being Cooperative When People Want To Compete
  • Agree to Agree
  • Choice

Cooperation comes naturally when we use transparent, open, honest, respectful, communication of equality to;
  • Exchange information for mutual understanding by;
Sharing what’s going on with us
Caring what’s going on with others, and
Problem-solve and make agreements for mutual benefit.

wouldn't that be great?!
